What this is

Program name: Aspen II Homes text assistant. Operator: Aspen II Homes, Inc., a licensed California home builder (CSLB #1004058).

You can text our number to ask about our homes, floor plans, financing programs and tours. An automated assistant (an AI, not a person) answers your texts, can take your name and a message for our team, and our staff follow up by phone, text or email. This page explains how that works. How you start

You start by texting us first: text the word HOMES, or any question, to (661) 776-8635. We only reply to texts you send. We do not text you first, and we do not sign you up for a list. Filling in a form on our website does not sign you up for text messages. Agreeing to text with us is not a condition of buying a home or of any service.

What we send and how often

Our texts are replies to the messages you send us: answers to your questions, confirmation that your message or tour request reached our team, and follow-up from our staff about what you asked. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program. Message frequency varies: it depends on how many texts you send us, and the assistant stops after a short conversation and hands you to our team.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for texting.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) at any time. We confirm once and then send nothing more. Reply START to turn texts back on.
• Reply HELP for help. We answer with our company name, license number, phone number and hours, or call (661) 776-8635. We are open daily, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Your information

Your phone number and what you text us are used to answer you and to follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile information, including phone numbers and text-messaging consent, with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do use service providers to run the program: our text-message carrier, the database that stores your conversation, our email service, and the AI service that writes the assistant's replies. Do not text us Social Security, bank or card numbers.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting works only where your carrier supports it, and only for U.S. numbers.
