This website provides informational content regarding new homes, communities, semi-custom construction, and floor plans offered by Aspen II Homes, Inc. in Tehachapi and eastern Kern County, California.

Illustrative Purpose: Architectural floor plans, renderings, virtual representations, measurements, specifications, and photography on this website are conceptual and approximate. Actual construction, dimensions, window placements, finishes, and features may vary by homesite and elevation.
Pricing & Availability: Base pricing, homesite availability, construction timelines, and promotional incentives (such as early-buyer credits or financing options) are subject to change, prior sale, or withdrawal without prior notice. Contact our sales office to confirm current homesite availability and specifications.
Financing Programs: 0% down financing options and rate buydown programs are subject to buyer eligibility, credit approval, and lender guidelines. Aspen II Homes is a licensed general building contractor (CSLB #1004058), not a mortgage lender or broker. Nothing on this website constitutes a loan commitment or financial advice.

2. SMS & Mobile Text Messaging Terms (TCPA / 10DLC Compliant)

These Mobile Messaging Terms govern text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by or on behalf of Aspen II Homes.

Program Purpose: Aspen II Homes may reply by text to people who text our business number first. Replies answer questions about our homes, floor plans, financing programs and tours. We do not send marketing texts and we do not text people first. Our text line is not live yet. See the Text Messaging Terms for how it works.
How It Starts: Texting starts only when you send a text to our business number. Giving us your phone number on a form or to our chat or phone assistant lets us call or email you about your request; it does not sign you up for text messages.
Consent Not a Condition of Purchase: Agreeing to text with us is not a condition of purchasing any property, home, goods, or services from Aspen II Homes.
Message Frequency: We reply only to texts you send. Expect up to a few replies to each message you send.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service carrier and wireless plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your text messaging plan.
Opt-Out Instructions (STOP): You can cancel or opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message from Aspen II Homes, or text STOP to (661) 776-8635. After sending STOP, we will send you a single confirmation text message confirming your unsubscribe request. No further text messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you re-subscribe.

All content on this website—including floor plans, blueprints, text, photographs, graphics, renderings, logos, and software code—is the property of Aspen II Homes, Inc. or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This website and all materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
